DESCRIPTION: Clocks- 4 (Four): (1) E. Ingraham and Co. for Chas. F. Adams, "Liberty" mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike with alarm in a walnut case, c1890; (2) E.N. Welch, "Aida" mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike with alarm in a walnut case, c1884; (3) New Haven Clock Co., mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike with alarm in a walnut case, c1890. (4) Waterbury Clock Co., "Stanton" mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike in an oak case, c1906.
CONDITION: (1) Original finish has turned dark. Paper dial stained. Liberty glass is original. Signed Ingraham movement. Remnants of Adams paper label inside door. (2) Original finish is thin and worn. Paper dial with some staining. Two upright pieces on either side of the crest are missing. Glass is probably a replacement. (3) Refinished case. Metal dial with missing paint. (4) Paper dial worn. Good repair to crest behind the stag head. Dimensions are for the "Liberty ".
